1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the waze2in platform — including its website, mobile interface, games, and support services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply in addition to any applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia and your country of residence.

waze2in reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To open an account and use waze2in, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited for personal use;
• You are not registered as a self-excluded player with waze2in or any affiliated platform;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party;
• You have not been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from waze2in for any reason.

waze2in reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify age, identity, and residence at any point during the account lifecycle. Failure to provide acceptable documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension.

3. Account Management

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on the waze2in platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is a breach of these terms and may result in the permanent closure of all related accounts and the forfeiture of any funds held therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must:

• Use a strong, unique password and not share it with any other person;
• Log out of the platform when using shared or public devices;
• Notify waze2in immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

waze2in cannot be held liable for any loss resulting from your failure to protect your account credentials.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on waze2in are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We support a range of payment methods commonly used by Malaysian players, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank online transfers.

Minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds may vary by payment method and are clearly displayed at the point of transaction. waze2in reserves the right to:

• Conduct identity verification checks before processing withdrawals;
• Decline or reverse transactions suspected of fraud or money laundering;
• Apply withdrawal limits in accordance with your account verification tier.

Withdrawals are typically processed within one to three business days, subject to verification requirements. waze2in does not charge fees on standard withdrawals, though your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own charges.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

waze2in offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses must be claimed within the validity period specified in the promotion;
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn;
• Each promotional offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per IP address;
• waze2in reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice;

6. Gameplay & Betting

By placing a wager on waze2in, you acknowledge that:

• All bets are final once confirmed and cannot be reversed unless a technical error is proven;

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the waze2in platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be referred to the appropriate Malaysian authorities:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including structuring deposits to avoid detection thresholds;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or verification;
• Exploiting software bugs or glitches to generate winnings — any winnings resulting from such exploitation will be voided;
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation;
• Using the platform for any purpose other than legitimate personal recreational gaming.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the waze2in platform — including but not limited to its logo, brand name, game interfaces, graphics, text, and software — is the exclusive property of waze2in or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without prior written consent from waze2in.

9. Privacy & Data

waze2in collects, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering with waze2in, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services, and regulatory bodies where required by law or necessary for the operation of the platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, waze2in and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence;
• Losses arising from technical failures, network outages, or third-party service interruptions beyond waze2in's reasonable control;
• Any reliance placed on information, tips, or content published on the platform, including betting tips and game guides.

waze2in's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Termination

waze2in reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, if it reasonably believes you have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions. Upon termination:

• Any pending bets that were placed legitimately prior to termination will be settled according to normal procedures;
• Any bonus funds not yet released through wagering requirements will be forfeited immediately;
• Verified real-money balances remaining in your account will be returned to you via your last used payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements;
• You remain liable for any obligations incurred prior to account closure.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which waze2in operates. 13. Changes to Terms

The revised terms will take effect seven (7) days after notification unless you notify us of your disagreement, in which case you may close your account in accordance with Section 11 above.
